Coed Stunt

Build confidence while focusing on strength, technique, and body awareness. Whether learning basics or mastering advanced skills, athletes train in a fun, supportive environment led by expert coaches.

Elite Tumbling

For athletes with a solid roundoff back handspring layout and standing tuck. Training focuses on standing fulls, running fulls, and elite-level passes.

Intermediate Tumbling

For athletes who already have both a standing and running back handspring, this class focuses on mastering the roundoff back handspring tuck and standing back handspring series.

Novice Tumbling

Perfect for newcomers, this beginner-friendly class focuses on building a strong foundation through core tumbling skills like handstands, cartwheels, front walkovers, and back walkovers - all on a true cheer floor. No experience needed - just a great attitude and a willingness to have fun!

Group Stunt

Build stunting skills in a fun, team-focused environment. With emphasis on timing, body control, and coordination, our small class sizes ensure personalized attention and safe progress.

Advanced Tumbling

For athletes with a roundoff back handspring tuck and a standing back handspring series, this advanced class focuses on standing tucks and roundoff back handspring layouts.

Beginner Tumbling

This class is perfect for athletes who have already mastered a bridge kickover and are ready to work toward standing and running back handsprings.

College Prep

Prepares athletes for collegiate cheer by mastering advanced skills and building leadership and resilience. This elite program focuses on mastering collegiate-level pyramids, baskets, stunts, and tumbling, while also developing the mental resilience, leadership, and personal growth needed to thrive at the next level.
